These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website owntheanswer.ai, our phone and demo lines, and any related content, features, and communications (collectively, the "Site") provided by Own the Answer Inc. ("Own the Answer," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, calling our phone numbers, requesting a demo, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

About Our Services

Own the Answer provides AI voice agent and AI receptionist services to businesses. The Site is intended to describe our services, demonstrate how they work, answer questions, and allow you to request a demo or consultation.

Your use of the Site does not by itself create any ongoing service relationship with us. Any paid services we provide are governed by a separate written services agreement between Own the Answer and the client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls for that client relationship.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any related networks or accounts

Demo Line and AI Voice Agent

Our demo and business phone lines may be answered by an AI voice agent so you can experience how our service works. When you call, your call may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. The demo agent is provided for informational and demonstration purposes. Information it provides may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific situation, and it should not be relied upon as a binding commitment, quote, or professional advice. Nothing said by the AI voice agent or stated on the Site constitutes an offer, contract, or guarantee of any particular result.

Text Messages and SMS

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, you agree that we may send you SMS messages such as confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and other operational or marketing messages where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, copy, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Own the Answer and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and business evaluation purposes.
